Q:How long does it takes for me to receive my item? 

A:3-7 business days domestic, 1-3 weeks international.


Q:Can Items be customized?

A:Unfortunately No they can not.


Q:What if I put the wrong shipping address?

A:Once order is processed address can not be changed, please be careful at check out.


Q:What if my item is damaged?

A:KeAccessories is not responsible if item is received damaged. Contact us at ke_accessories@yahoo.com with screenshots and/or pictures of damage with order number.


Q:How can I track my order?

A:Tracking numbers will be sent out via email, please be on the look out for a notification from us.


Q:I have not received my order what should I do?

A:Please allow 3-7 business days to receive your order, also consider tracking your order with tracking number provided. If you can not locate your item contact your local USPS.


Q:How do we ship your items?

A:All orders are shipped through USPS.
